Office Hours
We offer five Mini shops buildings with a total of 40 mini shops. Each mini shop is a large garage type unit with overhead door and two walk doors; drywall walls & ceiling; concrete floors. Each unit has 110 and 220 outlets. You pay for the electric which is your lights and heat.
Sizes are 12
x 25 @ $195 (with water/drain/shared compressor); 15 x 30 @ $245 (w/o
water/drain) and 15 x 30 @ $295.00 (with water/drain/shared compressor) and
30 x 30 @ $500 and $550 (water/drain).
All are in a
secured area with gates and security cameras and you have 24 hours access.
One parking stall comes with each mini shop except the 30 x 30 which has
two parking stalls. Additional parking is available nearby. Each building
has a bathroom which we clean and stock. We provide small garbage service
(nothing from the job site please.) The place is nicely landscaped and we
mow and push snow. Each mini shop is individually addressed and mail boxes
are provided. We check all prospective tenant's credit and criminal
records. (Not suitable for store front operations.)
